# Chat2Close (Philippines)

> Chat2Close is a Chrome extension that turns Facebook Messenger into a sales CRM for financial advisors and insurance agents in the Philippines. It runs inside Messenger on desktop Chrome. Website: https://chat2closeph.com. Not affiliated with chat2close.com: that is a different product (an Instagram AI sales agent) with no connection to us.

## What it does (v1.2.1)
- Tag Messenger chats as leads and move them through a Kanban pipeline (stage totals and premium values in ₱).
- Follow-up reminders with quick picks: in 1 hour, tomorrow 9 AM, in 3 days, next week. Reminders appear as a banner on your open Facebook or Messenger tab in Chrome (no phone notifications). Overdue, today and upcoming follow-ups are flagged on each lead.
- AI Sales Coach (optional, uses your own Groq API key): lead score out of 100, chat summary, recommended next action, suggested reply. A daily AI briefing and the AI Opportunity Radar (scans recent chats for buying signals) also use your Groq key.
- Smart badges and a notes dock in the Messenger chat list.
- Analytics: win rate, closed value, open pipeline, average deal size, lead sources.
- Google Sheets backup & restore in a private sheet in your own Google Drive (drive.file scope only).
- Not included in v1.2.1: Google Calendar sync. No mobile app.

## Who it's for
Filipino financial advisors and insurance agents (life, health, VUL) who get prospects and referrals through Facebook Messenger. Also solo sellers who sell through chat.

## Account
A personal Gmail account (ending in @gmail.com) is required. Work, school and Google Workspace accounts aren't accepted.

## Pricing
- 14-day free trial, no credit card.
- 1-Year Pass: ₱1,450 one-time for 365 days. Does not auto-renew.
- Lifetime Access: ₱1,950 one-time.
- Payment via Dodo Payments (card, GCash, bank transfer). All sales are final.
- Pay with the same personal Gmail you sign in with; the license activates automatically after payment (reload Messenger to unlock it).

## Data
We don't sell or share your data. Conversation text goes to Groq only if you add your own Groq key. CRM data stays in your browser and your own Google Sheet. Chat2Close does not access your Google Calendar.
