How does the 14-day free trial work?
Install Chat2Close from the Chrome Web Store and sign in with your personal Gmail. You get full access for 14 days. AI features use your own Groq API key. No credit card is needed to start, so there's nothing to cancel: if you don't buy a plan, access simply stops when the trial ends.
Which Google account should I use?
Your personal Gmail account (ending in @gmail.com). Please don't use a work, agency or company-provided Google account. Company accounts can block apps like Chat2Close, and if you change agencies or leave, the account is switched off and your license and client backup go with it. Licenses can't be moved to another account, so start with the Gmail you'll keep for good. More on this
I'm a financial advisor. Is this built for how I work?
Yes. Most advisors get prospects and referrals through Messenger, then lose track of them in a long chat list. Chat2Close lets you tag each chat as a lead, track it through your stages, record the product and premium value, and schedule the next follow-up, all from inside Messenger. The pipeline, stages and categories (Referral, Friends, Colleagues, Community and more) are yours to adjust.
Do I have to pay for an AI subscription?
No. The core CRM (pipeline, contacts, follow-up reminders, Google Sheets backup & restore) works without any AI provider. The AI Sales Coach uses your own Groq API key, which you add in Settings only if you want AI replies and lead scoring.
Where is my client data stored?
In your browser and in a private Google Sheet created in your own Google Drive, not on our servers. Chat2Close uses Google's restricted drive.file permission, so it can only see the one sheet it created, never the rest of your Drive. If you add your own Groq API key, the chat text needed for AI suggestions is sent to Groq to generate them; nothing goes to Groq without your key.
Does the 1-Year Pass auto-renew?
No. It's a one-time charge for 365 days. We don't store your payment method or charge you again. When it ends, you decide whether to buy another year or switch to Lifetime Access.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. That's why every install comes with a full 14-day free trial: use it to make sure Chat2Close fits how you sell before you pay.
