Before you install: sign in with your personal Gmail account, not a work, agency or company-provided Google account. It keeps your license and client backup yours, even if you change agencies. Why?
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which account should I use: personal Gmail or my work account?

Use your personal Gmail account (ending in @gmail.com). Chat2Close doesn't accept Google Workspace, agency or company-provided accounts, for three reasons:

  • Your company controls it. Workplace admins can block third-party apps or Google Drive access, which can stop sign-in or your Sheets backup from working.
  • You can lose it. If you change agencies or leave, the company switches the account off, and your license and your client backup sheet go with it.
  • Licenses can't be transferred. Your purchase is tied to the account you check out with and can't be moved later.

Non-Google email providers (Yahoo, Outlook, etc.) aren't supported, since sign-in, licensing, and the Sheets/Drive backup all run through Google Sign-In.

How does the free trial work?

Every install of Chat2Close includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. AI features use your own Groq API key. No credit card required to start. Once the 14 days are up, you'll need a 1-Year Pass or Lifetime Access to keep using it.

What's the difference between the 1-Year Pass and Lifetime Access?

The 1-Year Pass (₱1,450) gives you full access for 365 days and does not auto-renew: you simply purchase again if you want to continue after it expires. Lifetime Access (₱1,950) is a one-time payment that unlocks the current version of Chat2Close permanently, for as long as Chat2Close is maintained and operational, with no renewals ever.

Does the 1-Year Pass auto-renew or get billed automatically?

No. It's a one-time charge for 365 days of access. We don't store your payment method or charge you again automatically. When your access period ends, you choose whether to purchase another 1-Year Pass or switch to Lifetime Access.

Do I have to subscribe to an AI API provider to use Chat2Close?

No. An AI provider (Groq) is only needed if you want the optional AI-assisted replies and lead scoring feature, and you bring your own free or paid Groq API key for that. The core CRM (pipeline, contacts, Google Sheets backup & restore, follow-up reminders) works fully without any AI subscription.

What Google account should I use to check out?

Use the exact same personal Gmail account at checkout that you use to sign in to Chat2Close. Your license is matched to that account, so using a different one at checkout will delay activation.

How quickly does my license activate after I pay?

Activation is automatic once your payment goes through. Reload Messenger or the Chat2Close dashboard to unlock it. If it doesn't activate right away, email chat2closeph@gmail.com with your receipt and the account you used.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. Since Chat2Close gives you a full 14-day free trial before you ever need to pay, we ask that you use the trial to make sure it's the right fit. Purchases aren't refundable after that.

Can I transfer my license to a different Google account?

No, licenses are tied to the Google account used at purchase and are not transferable between accounts.

Is my data safe? Where does it live?

Your leads and CRM data are stored locally in your browser and backed up to a private Google Sheet created in your own Google Drive, not on our servers. We only access that one sheet (via the restricted drive.file scope), never the rest of your Drive. If you add your own Groq API key, the chat text needed for AI suggestions is sent to Groq to generate them; nothing goes to Groq without your key.

What payment methods are supported?

Checkout is handled by Dodo Payments, supporting cards, GCash, and bank transfer.
