Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Chat2Close Chrome extension and this website. By installing or purchasing Chat2Close, you agree to them.
License grant
Chat2Close is licensed, not sold. Your license depends on the plan purchased:
- 1-Year Pass — a time-limited license for 365 days from activation.
- Lifetime Access — a permanent license to the current software for as long as Chat2Close is maintained and operational.
Lifetime Access grants permanent unlock to the current software for as long as Chat2Close is maintained and operational.
Trial
Every install includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start. The trial is your opportunity to evaluate the product before paying. After the trial ends, a 1-Year Pass or Lifetime Access is required to keep using Chat2Close.
Payment & renewal
The 1-Year Pass is a one-time annual charge. It does not auto-renew. No payment method is stored or charged automatically. When the 365-day period ends, access lapses and you must check out again for a new 1-Year Pass or Lifetime Access.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. We do not store card details.
Refunds
All sales are final. Because Chat2Close includes a full-featured 14-day free trial before any purchase is required, customers have the opportunity to fully evaluate the product beforehand — purchases of the 1-Year Pass and Lifetime Access are non-refundable.
Account / license transfer
Licenses are tied to the Google account used at purchase and are not transferable to a different Google account.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the extension. You may not share a single license across multiple Google accounts or users.
No warranty / limitation of liability
Chat2Close is provided "as is." We make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular sales result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the software.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
